You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  1. Eligibility

This service is intended for:

  • Business use only

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Payments are:

  1. Data Responsibility

DentalRemindly acts as a data processor.

The clinic:

  • Owns and controls all patient data
  • Is responsible for obtaining patient consent for communications
  • Is responsible for compliance with applicable healthcare and privacy laws

DentalRemindly is not a HIPAA-compliant service and does not store or process protected health information (PHI).

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Send misleading or illegal content
  • Violate patient privacy rights

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

  1. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation

Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

  1. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers for:

  • Email delivery
  • Payment processing
  • Cloud hosting

We are not responsible for outages caused by these providers.

  1. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • No further charges will be made

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

DentalRemindly is not liable for:

  • Missed appointments
  • Message delivery delays
  • Loss of business revenue
  • Regulatory non-compliance by clinics

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  1. Modifications to the Service

We may:

  • Update features
  • Change pricing
  • Improve the platform

We will provide reasonable notice for major changes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated.
